Integrated Thermal Management
The advanced thermal management system includes an oversized heat sink, reverse polarity protection and RMI/EMI interference shielding to keep LEDs and power electronics cool for peak performance when it matters most. Additional safeguards against over/under voltage and high SAE 3575-rated shock and vibration resistance ensure consistent, reliable operation in the toughest conditions.
GORE Pressure Equalizing Vent
To protect internal components, each lightbar is equipped with a GORE pressure-equalizing vent. This breathable membrane relieves internal pressure while preserving gasket integrity, allowing airflow without letting in moisture or dust. With an IP68 rating—the highest level of dust and moisture protection—this RIGID® SR-Series light bar keeps internal components dry and debris-free in even the harshest weather conditions.
